Analytics and Reporting

Your CrowdComms support manager will supply you with detailed post event analytics once your event has finished. This section outlines the available analytics and reporting for the CrowdComms platform and live streaming. Please note: In order for the end user's actions to be counted, they will need to have accepted the cookie terms, have no browser setting preventing analytics capture or VPN setting preventing analytics capture.

Overview analytics

The overview analytics outlined here are accessible in real time via the CrowdComms dashboard (CMS). These analytics are available only via the CMS and will be accessible for six months post event as default. A downloadable report is not available however screenshots of the analytics section can be taken by admins for future reference.

Platform Reports

Overview

Here you will find a list of available reports that you can download from the CrowdComms dashboard to provide detailed breakdown of the data captured in excel format.

Available Reports

Live Polling report: Breakdown of all polling responses including which session the live poll is related too, who responded to each live poll and how they responded. Option to create this report with anonymous responses.  

There is also the option to review the branded results for all live polling questions on the CrowdComms dashboard (CMS) up to six months post event. Screenshots can be taken by admins from the CMS of these branded results.

Q&A report: Breakdown of all questions submitted and number of likes / vote ups each question received. Shows which session the question is related too and who asked the question. Option to create this report with anonymous responses.
