Platform Reports

Overview

Here you will find a list of available reports that you can download from the CrowdComms dashboard to provide detailed breakdown of the data captured in excel format. 

Please note: 

  • All available analytics and reports are outlined within this Analytics and Reporting section. 
  • Data included in reports that identifies the user includes first name, last name and email address.
  • If you need to analyse further user data such as group or custom fields, this can be achieved by cross referencing the reports available and the people export. 
Available Reports

Live Polling report: Breakdown of all polling responses including which session the live poll is related too, who responded to each live poll and how they responded. Option to create this report with anonymous responses.  

There is also the option to review the branded results for all live polling questions on the CrowdComms dashboard (CMS) up to six months post event. Screenshots can be taken by admins from the CMS of these branded results. 

*This data is available in real time and can be exported from the CMS at any time up to six months post event.

Q&A report: Breakdown of all questions submitted and number of likes / vote ups each question received. Shows which session the question is related too and who asked the question. Option to create this report with anonymous responses.

Surveys report: Breakdown of all survey responses. Ability to move between tabs to see data related to specific surveys and session feedback surveys. Option to create this report with anonymous responses.

User login report: Breakdown of who has logged in and the last date that each user logged in. 

*User login analytics may be up to 24 hours behind due to the data being aggregated from Google Analytics before being avaialble in usable report.

Module data report: Breakdown of how many page views each module received.

N.B. Although its listed as views, this data comes from GA which measures 'clicks'. So for example if you clicked on an agenda module and then navigated around within it, each 'click' on something within the agenda would could as a page view in this case.
Please also note this difference between the data you see in the CMS and what will be provided post event from our external dashboard. The analytics dashboard measures 'views' not clicks. So will be a representation purely of the module views, not any specific actions taken within that page. Due to this difference, the page views from the CMS (GA) will always be higher than the page views from the post event reports (ADB). 

Visitor per day report: Breakdown of how many visits to the platform there were each day. 

Please note: Visits are not unique by profile, i.e if somebody were to log in and out of the platform multiple times in one day, then they would add multiple 'visits' to the total.

Browser share report: Breakdown of the browsers users have accessed the platform on for your event.
