  • Preparing for your event
    • Design: Whether it’s event branding and/or sponsor exposure, we can design your custom Pronto! kiosk artwork along with a full set of badge designs to suit your needs.

    • Registration Flow: We’ll work with you on the best way forward for your different guest types to get their badges – attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and VIP’s will all be taken into account.

    • Data Management: We’ll work with you on the best way to manage your data for pre-registrations, late registrations and walk in’s.

    • Communication: While you’re doing final preparations for the event, let us communicate with your guests via email and/or SMS to ensure they have their QR code ready to go when they arrive.

    • Materials: Need branded lanyards and pouches? We can help with those too.

  • On-site support

    • Set up: We make sure the Pronto! kiosks are set up, tested and ready to go way in advance of your first guest arriving.

    • Registration: It’s showtime! All of your guests will be given a warm welcome from the CrowdComms Team, who will be on hand to provide any assistance if required.
