Email Masking Functionality: Protect and Customise Your Communications 

Our enhanced email masking functionality offers event organisers the ability to mask the sender's identity in emails sent through the system. This feature allows customisation, making emails appear as if they come from the organiser's organisation or a specified domain. This not only enhances professionalism but also helps in maintaining brand consistency. 

 

Comprehensive Email Statistics: Gain Valuable Insights 

Our new dashboard tab now includes comprehensive email statistics, providing key metrics related to your email communications: 

  • Email Delivery Metrics: Track the number of emails sent, delivered, and bounced. 

  • Engagement Insights: See whether emails were read, giving you valuable data on attendee engagement. 

  • Export Capability: Easily download your email statistics data into a spreadsheet format with a user-friendly "Export" button.
