Roadmap
Planning
Our development roadmap is determined by a combination of our internal expertise and client feedback. Our team take the learnings from delivering thousand's of events and combine this with client feedback gathered from event debriefs to ensure the platform roadmap is user focused.
All features are planned and wire framed by UI experts before moving into development stage. Unit testing takes place before new features are released into live platform.
In the world of development it is essential to be agile and react to changing requirements. The roadmap prioritisation can be changed as client needs change and evolve.
Important: All events must be planned based on existing functionality.
Release Management
New features will be communicated on a banner on the CMS for admin users followed by an email sent to admin CMS users and those who have opted into email marketing on our website. This communication will outlining the changes, and use cases along with a date for the release. Account managers and allocated support specialists will work with clients who have existing projects to allow clients to benefit from the new releases and ensure there isn't any negative impact.
