Agenda Auto-Play

We are very excited to introduce our new Stream Auto-play feature. When enabled in the Dashboard, your delegates will automatically be transported to their next favourited or admin-managed session or their scheduled meeting once their current stream has finished. 

1. The feature is currently on by default, but you can turn this feature off in the Agenda Module Setting.
2. To do this, go to the Agenda Module where you want to turn off this feature. 
   
3. Then go to the Settings tab and scroll down to the Engagement Settings section of the page.
   
4. Click on the “Do Nothing” tile to disable the feature and click “Save changes”. By disabling this feature, your delegates will remain in their current session after the session ends. 
   

If you decide to have this feature enabled on your app, here are some exciting things that it can do:

1. During the last 30 seconds of the delegate’s stream, your delegates will see suggestions for their next session based on:
   a.    If they have favourited a session(s) that is starting in the next 5 - 60 minutes 
   b.    If they have an admin-managed session(s) that is starting in the next 5 – 60minutes 
2. If your delegates also have meetings scheduled 5 - 60 minutes after their streams end, they will also see their upcoming meeting(s) suggested.
   
3. If they have all of the above, they will appear as suggestions in the following order and delegates can choose which of the sessions or meetings they want to watch or join next.
   a.    Favourited and admin-managed sessions and meetings starting in the next 5 minutes of the current steam ending.
   b.    Favourited and admin-managed sessions and meetings starting in the next hour of the current steam ending displayed in chronological order.
   
4. If they have only one of the above (a single Favourited or Admin-Managed session or Meeting), delegates will be taken to the next session or meeting. Delegates will always be given the opportunity to stay on the current stream if they wish. 
   
5. If none of the above is applicable, delegates will see a recommendation for the next session from the same Agenda Module of their current stream which is due to start in the next 5 minutes to an hour after the current one ends.
