Registration Site Settings

1.    In the Settings tab, you will be able to configure the settings of your registration site.

2.    It is advisable to configure the Settings before creating the Registration Site.

3.    The Settings tab can be accessed via navigating to the Registration tab, then within the Management section on the secondary menu, click ‘Settings’.

4.    On this page, you can see several sections, and they are:

a.    Registration Details – In this section, you can set the title for your Registration Form and add accompanying text to introduce your event. 
b.    Global Branding – Where you can pick from the dropdown list the desired font which will appear throughout the Registration Site.
c.    Registration Privacy – Here is where you would set the Registration Site privacy. If your registration is set to private, the users will need to use an authenticated link to register. On the other hand, a Public Registration Site will allow anyone with the registration link to register for the event. 
d.    Registration Status – Where you set the status of the Registration Form to either Open, Scheduled or Closed.  When the status is set to Scheduled, users will only be able to register using the form during the designated timeslot.
e.    Custom Domains – By adding custom domains, your registration site will be accessible via your own domain, instead of using the CrowdComms domain address. To learn how to add custom domains, please click here (Link to the Custom Domains guide).
