Step nine: Analytics

How to access the analytics dashboard

To view our live analytics dashboard showing real time highlights of the platform, you will need to toggle back to the legacy CMS.

Please note: An updated analytics dashboard is coming soon to our new and improved CMS.

Analytics dashboard

From the left hand menu, select the Analytics tab. This will take you through to this dashboard showing adoption rate, page views, popular content, engagement and feedback highlights.

Downloading reports

Surveys, live polls results and questions asks can all be downloaded from the 'Libraries', 'Engagement', tab in the left hand menu. Simply click the Export button in relevant section to download your report. 

Please note: In the example shown, we have toggled back to the new CMS.

  • For more granular reports, please request the specific report you needneed, or you can request an export of all reports from the live chat team contactable in the CMS
