Multi-Lingual Platform: Admin Experience

  • The CMS / admin site where content is edited is currently only available in English. 
  • Once multi-lingual is enabled (there is a cost for this feature), you can add your required languages from the CMS. 
  • Hard coded messages that can't be edited will automatically update. These have been translated and coded to update for each available language. These include 'Collapse Menu', 'Terms and Conditions' and other hard coded messages. 
    • Only text within the platform will translate into supported languages and emails sent from the platform that are delivered by an integrated email service including the optional verify your email and reset password email are only available in English
  • All content must be uploaded in each required language. Automatic translation tools aren't accurate and for this reason content must be uploaded in each required language.

  • Arabic (Appears left to right for platform users)

  • Simplified Chinese

  • Turkish
  • Bulgarian
  • Slovak
  • Norwegian 

Please note: If you require a language that is not currently supported, discuss options with your account manager. Minimum of six weeks notice is required to add new languages and associated costs apply.

Uploading Content - Same process for each language, select language from the top of the CMS which language / version you would like to edit:
