Branding & Customising the Registration Form

Adding your Own Brand to the Registration Form

Once you’ve finished configuring the form fields, you may want to add your own branding to the form. 

To configure the registration form branding, navigate to the Registration tab, then within the Content section on the secondary menu, click ‘Form Branding’.

On this tab, you will be able to select the layout of the form from 3 different options, and customise the brand logos, background images and colours.

Within this page, there are several sections for you to configure, and they are:

1.    Registration Layout – You will have 3 options to choose from, a Single page layout, Section per page layout and Question per page layout.

a.    Single page – All the questions and sections will be presented in one page where user will scroll down to get to the end of the form. This layout will have a hero banner and introduction text. 
b.    Section per page – Each page will show a single section of the form. For example, if you have an ‘About Me’ section with the first & last name and the email fields, all the 3 fields will be presented in one page. 
c.    Question per page – Each page will show a single question of the form. In the example of About Me, the first name, the last name and the email fields will be presented in their individual pages.

2.    Header Options – In this section, you can configure the header settings of the registration form. You can add an image which will appear either as a hero or a background image, depending on the layout which you have picked. Pick the header background and the text colours.
3.    Interface Options – This is where you can configure the options for elements that make up the user interface of the registration form. This is where you can enable or disable the dark mode.
4.    Branding Options – This section allows you to add a logo image and set the colours to reflect your brand.

Once you’ve finished configuring the branding, don’t forget to save.

Customising Form Messages 

When users submit their registration form, you can craft a message of your choice to appear at the end of the form, providing a personalised touch.

To personalise this message, navigate to the Registration tab, then within the Content section on the secondary menu, click ‘Form Messages’.

On this tab, you will find 2 rich-text editor fields. One is where you can personalise the Confirmation message and the other is where you personalise the email Verification message. 

Please note that these messages will appear on the Registration Site once the registrants have successfully completed the registration form. To Personalise the email confirmation, please refer to this section of the guide.
